The Mountain Land Physical Therapy Holladay clinic provides physical therapy and rehabilitation services to residents of Holladay, Utah and the surrounding communities including Salt Lake City and Cottonwood Heights. The Holladay clinic is located downstairs, in the Olympus Clinic family practice building.

Brian Bay, PT, DPT, OCS

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist

Brian grew up in Sandy, Utah and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah where he obtained a Bachelor’s in exercise science with minors in nutrition and Spanish.

Brian graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from ATSU in Mesa, Arizona where his program focused on manual therapy techniques and emphasized the importance of an evidence-based practice approach. Brian is fluent in Spanish and has additional experience in treating disorders of the Temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

Brian is a proud husband and father of four children, a boy and three girls. He enjoys participating in water sports, namely knee-boarding, water skiing, and tubing. Brian enjoys running, and in training the injured athlete to return to running pain free.

Sarah Mowrey, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Sarah Mowrey received her bachelor’s degree in health and human sciences in 2017 from Northern Illinois University. She went on to earn her doctorate of physical therapy in 2020.

Sarah has experience treating general orthopedics, post-surgical care, acute care, and neurological conditions. She has worked with patients as young as four to geriatric. She has also studied RockTape Functional Movement Training (FMT). Sarah strives to make every patient feel comfortable when coming to physical therapy, and ensures that each patient has an individualized plan of care to meet their specific needs. She believes that “movement is medicine,” and by giving her patients the right tools, they will have a clear path to reach their goals and return to the activities they enjoy.

Sarah moved to Salt Lake City from the Chicagoland region. When not treating patients, Sarah likes running, power lifting, reading and spending time with family and friends. She also loves taking her labradoodle, Walter, for walks and to the dog park.

Jules Olsen, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Jules earned her Physical Therapy Assistant and Bachelor’s degree of Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University – Idaho in December 2018.

Jules’ focus is on orthopedics, sports and running injuries, balance training for the geriatric population, and physical therapy for musicians. Jules strives to make each patient feel comfortable and important while she treats his or her specific and individual needs. She feels that effective hands-on manual treatments and ensuring patient education and understanding are vital parts of treatment. She is passionate about helping others heal and feel better while witnessing them get back to doing what they love.

When Jules is not in the office, she enjoys running, playing the violin, music, and spending time outdoors hiking, playing soccer, skiing, golfing, and boating.

Tayler Boswell, PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

In 2019, Tayler graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. In 2022, Tayler graduated from Pacific University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Additionally, Tayler obtains accreditation as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Tayler enjoys working with athletes and has experience helping high school, and collegiate level athletes, return to sport. He also acquires experience assisting individuals with persistent pain conditions, as well as those with long term effects due to Covid-19.

Tayler’s therapy philosophy is, “I believe in treating with a patient-centered approach which involves open and clear communication with each of my patients, concerning their goals and the activities that they wish to return to. I love helping patients learn how to address their pain and symptoms at home, and I believe in providing a tailored approach of treatment to each patient’s needs and goals.” Tayler grew up playing a variety of sports including football, basketball, track and field, baseball, and soccer. Throughout all of those sporting activities, Tayler experienced his fair share of injuries and was able to discover a passion for the rehabilitation process.

In addition to physical therapy, Tayler loves lifting weights, hiking, fishing, watching football, and watching basketball. Tayler is an avid Indianapolis Colts and Utah Jazz fan, and is happily married to his beautiful wife Alyssa. Alyssa and Tayler were both born and raised in the great state of Utah!
