Running is an excellent cardiovascular exercise that you can do almost anywhere, making it a perfect spring sport. Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting, spring is a great time to set new fitness goals and enjoy the outdoors. Many communities also offer 5k or 10k races that challenge you and let you meet new people.
