About Mountain Land Physical Therapy
Founded in Salt Lake City in 1984, Mountain Land Physical Therapy has been dedicated to advancing healthcare by empowering movement and helping people live better, more active lives. Today, our vision is simple yet bold: to provide everyone with access to a primary care physical therapist. We believe in enhancing healthcare through personalized care and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients.
Our services extend across a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, transitional care centers, orthopedic outpatient clinics, work sites, and in-home therapy, ensuring that wherever care is needed, Mountain Land is there. Our operations extend throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana.
