Mountain Land Physical Therapy Emmett provides comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitation services to Emmett, Idaho and the surrounding communities. Our skilled therapists will create a personalized therapy program to help you reach your goals. The Emmett clinic uses a pneumatic unweighting system to assist their patients with back pain, balance, gait training, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist


Jon Greene received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2005.

Jon specializes in orthopedics, joint replacement and sports rehabilitation. His treatment philosophy is to listen to each patient and incorporate their input into their treatment plan. Jon takes a holistic approach in treating the whole person, not just the condition. He strives to connect with each patient and give them the tools they will need to heal and get back to doing the activities they enjoy.

As a self-described football fanatic, Jon is a fan of the Oakland Raiders, San Francisco Giants, and Boise State Broncos football! He also loves watching movies and spending time with family traveling and trying new restaurants.

Physical Therapist Assistant


Lacey Peterson is a Physical Therapist Assistant with advanced training in treating conditions of the foot and ankle. She graduated from Carrington College in 2018. Lacey is particularly passionate about working with the geriatric community and focuses on creating specialized balance and stability programs to help maintain independence and enhance quality of life. She is certified as an orthopedic PTA and has training in applied functional science.

Lacey’s approach to treatment is functional and patient-centered, tailoring activities to meet specific needs and goals while ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized. Her interest in the field was sparked by her experiences as an athlete, leading her to admire the complexities of the human body and the ways in which it can be improved and cherished.

In her spare time, Lacey enjoys outdoor activities such as fly fishing and camping in Idaho, along with reading and baking.
