Mountain Land Physical Therapy of Meridian has provided exceptional physical therapy for over twenty years. Located inside the Crunch Fitness location in the center of the Treasure Valley, our clinic is convenient to Meridian, West Boise, and the surrounding communities. Our physical therapists provide one on one treatment, utilizing advanced manual skills, patient education, and home programs to create your individualized plan of care.

Mike Schow, PT, OCS, COMT
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist
Mike has been a part of the Mountain Land family since 1993. He earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and has received Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine – U.S.
Mike has advanced training in the treatment of joint, spine, and soft tissue injuries, headaches, TMD, pregnancy-related back pain, and return to work programs. He uses hands on treatment techniques coupled with patient education, exercise, and an at-home program to help his patients achieve their goals. Mike enjoys working with all orthopedic and soft tissue-related diagnoses.
When he’s not at the clinic, Mike spends his free time enjoying the outdoors, playing sports, music and spending quality time with his family.
Anna Caldwell, PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist
Anna graduated from the University of Wyoming with her bachelors in Kinesiology and Health Promotions in 2010. She later graduated from the University of Utah in 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Anna specializes in orthopedics and has additional training in functional dry needling. She also holds PSIA Alpine 3 instructor certification and serves as a staff trainer.
Anna focuses on finding out what works for her patients to allow for the greatest change and lasting effects. Since the age of 16, Anna has been working to help improve people on their movement patterns. For her, there is no single answer for helping a patient; it is all about the process.
Anna enjoys alpine skiing, mountain biking, fishing, and hunting in her free time.
Cody Wellman, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Cody Wellman graduated in 2016 from Great Falls College – MSU with his Associates in Physical Therapy Assisting. Cody specializes in treating orthopedic injuries and post-op patients and holds a Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Level 2.
Cody is passionate about helping people continue to stay active. Cody enjoys using hands-on techniques that improve healthy tissue and the functional abilities of the body. By treating patients with compassion and being committed to improvement, Cody strives to make patients feel like they are a part of the Mountain Land family while they work together to reach their goals.
Cody loves to be outdoors hiking, 4-wheeling, skiing, hunting, and golfing. But come football season, you can find him in front of the tv supporting the Montana Grizzlies, BSU Broncos, and the Denver Broncos.
