Additionally, I acknowledge that the media may be used indefinitely, meaning that they may be utilized by the organization at any time in the future.
I release Mountain Land Physical Therapy from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of the media, including but not limited to any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
