Danielle Moorad Physical Therapist
Danielle Moorad, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, CAFS, Cert. DN, PCES

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer

A Physical Therapist, a Certified Athletic Trainer and sometimes lovingly called a Drill Sergeant, Danielle is an expert in sports medicine, and treating orthopedic and neurologic pathologies. Danielle graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and a Minor in Biology. She continued at Northern Arizona University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. She also has a Certificate in Applied Functional Sciences through the Gray Institute.

Danielle specializes in functional movement training, various taping techniques, muscle-energy techniques, IASTM, vacuum cupping, neurologic physical therapy, spinal physical therapy, and tri-planar functional movement analysis and treatment. If this seems like a lot to tackle, don’t worry, she is constantly studying and adding new techniques to her tool box.

Danielle likes to take an individualized approach with her patients. For her, looking beyond the diagnosis is key in determining the underlying cause of pain and/or discomfort. Every person is unique and our responses to treatments differ. Danielle’s goal is to provide customized plans to get her patients fit, happy, and doing the things that they love.

When she is not in the clinic, Danielle can be found enjoying the great outdoors: mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking with her husband and their dogs. Occasionally, you may also find her wearing a kilt and throwing heavy objects far distances as she competes in the Scottish Highland Games. She also enjoys working on art projects, home DIY, and putting out fires her husband started trying to make nachos.
