The Mountain Land Physical Therapy West Jordan Clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy and occupational services to West Jordan and the surrounding communities. Originally located on the Salt Lake Community College Campus, the West Jordan Clinic is now in a stand-alone facility that enables us to provide state-of-the-art care to all of our patients.

Kelley Zimbelman, PT, DPT, OCS
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist
Kelley Zimbelman received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2013. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma. Kelley then completed an orthopedic residency in 2015 and became a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2016.
Kelley specializes in general orthopedics but especially enjoys targeting the shoulder, lower back, knee and ankle. She has experience working with runners and athletes for injury rehabilitation and injury prevention and is trained in dry needling, cupping, taping and advanced plyometrics. Kelley is passionate about investigating the cause of pain and dysfunction and helping her patients reach their goals so they can return to doing the activities they enjoy.
When not in the clinic, Kelley enjoys hiking, trail running, camping, traveling and spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She also volunteers with a non-profit organization that helps kids with limb-loss learn to bike, walk and run with their prosthetics.
Spencer Vickery, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Spencer Vickery received his bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science in 2016. He went on to earn his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Utah.
Specializing in orthopedics, Spencer is also experienced in treating post-operative procedures, neurologic conditions, and acute sports injuries. Spencer knows first-hand the benefits of physical therapy after suffering from multiple injuries while playing sports throughout high school and college. Through individualized treatment plans, he strives to connect with his patients and make each visit fun and positive. Spencer is passionate about helping his patients achieve their personal goals while making lifelong changes in their lives.
Spencer enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, powerlifting, cooking, following local sports teams and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Hailey Persons, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Hailey Persons received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in May of 2019. Hailey went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in May of 2022. She also obtains a Herman and Wallace level one certification and plans to complete all pelvic floor certifications. Hailey specializes in men’s and women’s health as well as pelvic floor physical therapy. She also treats the full spectrum of bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction.
Hailey knew she wanted to become a physical therapist from an early age. Hailey’s twin sister Lindsey was born with cerebral palsy, and physical therapists were often present in their home providing Lindsey with care. Hailey quickly developed a passion for the physical therapy field and has always desired to help others in the way that physical therapists helped her sister. “As I have progressed further into this career, I have become more passionate about helping others find the most joy they can in life.”
Hailey loves spending time with friends and family, and isn’t shy to let her competitive side show while playing board games. Hailey is an avid reader particularly enjoying romance, historical fiction, and fantasy novels. She grew up waterskiing every summer and enjoys all water sports. She also enjoys getting outdoors through hiking, picnics, and traveling to different national parks. Additionally, Hailey enjoys cooking, baking, and trying out new recipes.
Lauren Moulton, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lauren earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the Salt Lake Community College in 2019. She first began working for Mountain Land in 2018 as a Therapy Tech while going to school before becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Lauren specializes in manual therapy for neck pain and headaches. She also has experience with post orthopedic surgeries, particularly for joint replacements, and has a special interest in balance training, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation. Lauren is passionate about creating a positive environment for her patients. She believes in educating and utilizing hands-on therapy to help each patient achieve their individual goals and return to living happy, healthy lives.
When not in the clinic, Lauren enjoys rock climbing, hiking, working out, four-wheeling, camping, and playing sports!
Todd Banks, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Todd Banks earned his Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah in 2019.
Todd has experience in hand therapy and pediatric therapy with a focus on handwriting development. He believes in a holistic approach in treating the “big picture” of what might be restricting someone from doing the activities they enjoy. Todd is passionate about caring for others and giving them the tools they will need to live a healthy lifestyle.
When not in the clinic, Todd enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and making crafts by woodworking, blacksmithing, etc.
Savannah Slater, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Savannah graduated from Brigham Young University in 2018 with a degree in Recreational Management and an emphasis in Therapy. She most recently graduated from Touro University Nevada with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in June of 2022 and completed her doctoral capstone in the neonatal intensive care unit. Savannah obtains experience in Certified Recreational Therapy, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Aquatic Therapy for neurological diagnosis. Additionally, Savannah is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapy and is actively pursuing certification in Hand Therapy.
Savannah’s therapy philosophy is to, “approach each client as an individual with a unique background and treatment needs.” Savannah strives to listen and learn from her clients’ lived experiences to incorporate their values into their treatment plans. She educates her clients on treatment methods and home exercise programs in ways that are easy to comprehend, so they can get back to living their lives to the fullest.
Savannah is extremely musically inclined; she grew up in a family of violinists and has been playing violin since the age of four. You may find Savannah singing duets with her brother at open mic nights or around a campfire. Savannah enjoys attending concerts and musical productions of all types and will travel frequently to see her favorite solo artists or bands perform. She also loves traveling and has studied abroad across fifteen countries in Europe.
