As the holidays approach, our clinics are filled with gratitude, generosity, and a renewed sense of community. This year, we’re excited to partner with the Craig Swapp team and our patients to support a mission that’s close to our hearts: helping feed local children who may face food insecurity during winter break.

For many students, school meals provide consistency they can rely on. When classrooms close for the holidays, that stability can disappear, and that’s where we can step in together.

Why This Food Drive Matters

Winter break should be a time filled with joy, rest, and celebration. But for some families, it also brings added stress as children lose access to daily meals provided at school.

Last year, thanks to the generosity of our community, we assembled hundreds of food bags to send home with students before the break. This year, our goal is even bigger, and we know we can reach it with your help.

Every item donated helps ensure that a child has something to eat during a time when resources may be stretched thin. Your support directly fuels their days, uplifts families, and strengthens our entire community.

How You Can Help

We’ve made donating simple and convenient so everyone can participate.

Drop-Off Locations

You can bring donations to any of the following locations:

Whether you’re dropping off a few items or contributing a full bag, every donation helps.

Can’t Make It In Person? Donate via Venmo

If stopping by isn’t an option, you can also support the food drive through Venmo @MLPhysicalTherapy. Your monetary donation will go toward purchasing food items for the kids.

What to Donate

We aim to provide easy, filling, kid-friendly staples that students can prepare on their own if needed.

Requested items include:

  • Cold cereal

  • Granola bars

  • Crackers

  • Peanut butter

  • Applesauce

  • Ramen

  • Rice

  • Pasta

These simple foods go a long way in keeping children nourished through the break.

Donation Deadline

We’ll be collecting donations through
Monday, December 1, 2025.

If you’d like to participate, we encourage you to drop off your items early so we have plenty of time to assemble the food bags before students head home for the holidays.

Thank You for Making a Difference

Our employees, patients, and community partners continue to inspire us with their dedication to giving back. Together, we can help make winter break brighter, warmer, and more secure for local kids who need it most.

Thank you for spreading kindness, hope, and generosity this season. We can’t wait to see what we accomplish together.

Start your healing today!
