We are excited to announce the opening of our new physical therapy clinic in Herriman, Utah, officially opening on January 2, 2026. This expansion represents an important step forward for our Registered Physical Therapy brand as we continue growing to better serve patients and communities throughout Utah.

As demand for high quality outpatient physical therapy continues to grow, opening a clinic in Herriman allows us to provide easier access to care while maintaining the personalized treatment and clinical excellence our patients expect.

Our Herriman physical therapy clinic was designed with patient care at the center of every decision. From modern treatment rooms to open rehabilitation spaces, our new clinic supports recovery, injury prevention, and long term movement health.

This new location allows us to serve patients in Herriman and surrounding areas including Riverton, South Jordan, and Bluffdale. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing pain, or working toward improved mobility, our physical therapists are ready to help you reach your goals.

Meet Our Clinic Director:

David Blake, PT, DPT

David graduated from Utah Valley University in April 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in April 2024 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. As a therapist, he finds fulfillment in treating all patients, particularly those with specific activity goals, including athletes. His therapy philosophy centers on empowering patients with tools for a healthy, active lifestyle outside of therapy, aiming to reduce reliance on the healthcare system.
