Patients and authorized requestors, including attorneys, can submit and manage records requests through our online portal. This self-service option streamlines the request process while helping ensure your personal health information is protected and handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Standard medical record requests are typically completed within 2–3 business days. FMLA and disability form requests generally take approximately 7 business days due to additional information requirements and physician review.
