Dallas Overly, PT, MPT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

With a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science/Physical Therapy Studies and a Master of Physical Therapy Degree, Dallas Overly graduated from the University of Utah in 2001. Additional therapy experience was gained at the University Hospital and The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in northern Utah. Dallas continues to sharpen his skills through many continuing education courses.

Along with his wife, Janelle, Dallas has enjoyed raising his children in Gunnison. He has enjoyed seeing his children grow through all of their ups and downs. He has really enjoyed the additions that have come into his life as his children have grown and married wonderful individuals, making their family even more whole and complete. Dallas continues to work with the local school athletics, helping with injuries on and off the court.

Dallas enjoys the rural setting of Utah where he hones and uses his masterful skills, working with people in the Gunnison outpatient clinic as well as Gunnison Valley Hospital. During his 20+ years in physical therapy, Dallas has enjoyed the opportunity to work with people in almost every situation; including orthopedic and sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, neurological injuries, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, as well as balance issues, age-related conditions, and wounds.

Jed Bartholomew, PT, DPT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Jed Bartholomew earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2013. After graduation he worked in Washington State, then returned to Layton, Utah to work at an Orthopedic clinic and the Davis Hospital and Medical Center. Jed has now had the opportunity to return home to Sanpete and serve patients at the Manti Clinic, Sanpete Valley Hospital, and home health.

“Through my own experience with injuries I know how important it is to have someone who is caring and compassionate, who has the knowledge to facilitate in recovery. My goal is to treat everyone with respect, give them the best care possible, educate patients in understanding their injury and engage patients to be a part of their recovery.”

In his spare time, Jed enjoys playing sports, fishing, mountain biking, and scuba diving. He spends time searching the internet to learn new skills; computers, electronic repair, and for hobby projects to build.

Kim Childs, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Kim Childs is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion for geriatric care and Home Health Physical Therapy. She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from Salt Lake Community College, graduating in 1994. After a career spanning from 1994 to 2001, she then resumed in 2022.
Kim’s therapy philosophy centers on building strong, positive relationships with her patients. She believes that trust is essential for effective care and focuses on empowering her patients to regain mobility and confidence.
Kim stays up-to-date by taking courses in geriatric rehabilitation, fall prevention, and Parkinson’s disease treatment. Her commitment to learning ensures that she provides the best care possible.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling and exploring the wilderness with her family, especially at national parks like Yellowstone and Arches. She’s an avid baker, known for her fun birthday cakes and sourdough bread. Kim can also be found enjoying a good book.
