Physical Therapist Assistant

Kendra Wilding earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology with a focus in sports nutrition from Brigham Young University Idaho in 2019. She joined the Mountain Land team in 2019 as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Kendra works primarily in outpatient orthopedics, and has additional training in myofascial interventions, aquatic therapy, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. As a very active person, Kendra was inspired to become a physical therapist assistant because she enjoys helping others heal and get back to doing the activities they love. Kendra strives to connect with each one of her patients and make them feel important while she treats his or her specific and individual needs.

In her free time, Kendra enjoys being active and spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, running, water skiing, climbing, and rappelling.
