This September, the Mountain Land Running Summit celebrates a remarkable milestone, its 10th anniversary. For the past decade, this annual gathering has united leaders in running science, sports medicine, and clinical care to share knowledge, inspire new ideas, and ultimately keep runners performing at their best.

Whether you’re a physical therapist, athletic trainer, physician, coach, or passionate advocate for the running community, this year’s event promises a memorable blend of education, networking, and celebration.

A Decade of Advancing Running Medicine

From its modest beginnings to becoming one of the nation’s premier running medicine conferences, the Mountain Land Running Summit has always had a clear mission: to bring cutting-edge research and real-world clinical expertise under one roof.

Over the years, it’s been a place where practitioners sharpen their skills, researchers unveil new findings, and professionals from diverse backgrounds connect over a shared passion for running. This year, we’ll not only continue that tradition but also reflect on a decade of progress, and look ahead to what’s next in the science and care of runners.
