Bio

Adanna has been with Mountain Land Physical Therapy since 2016 as an aide and clinic coordinator for the Murray clinic. She received her bachelor’s degree in public health from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. Following that, she went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA in 2021.

Adanna specializes in orthopedics and pelvic health therapy and holds a Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor level 1 and 2B certification. She is also knowledgeable about nutrition in connection to the pelvic floor. She is dry needling certified with emphasis in lower body and pelvic floor dry needling. With all this and more, Adanna believes in treating the whole body while creating individual treatment plans unique to each person’s needs. Adanna strives to give each patient the tools they will need to empower them to reach their goals and get back to enjoying the activities they love.

When not in the clinic, Adanna enjoys staying active outdoors as well as refining her cooking and baking skills, reading, and spending time with her family.
