Bio

Kim Childs is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion for geriatric care and Home Health Physical Therapy. She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from Salt Lake Community College, graduating in 1994.

Kim’s therapy philosophy centers on building strong, positive relationships with her patients. She believes that trust is essential for effective care and focuses on empowering her patients to regain mobility and confidence.
Kim stays up-to-date by taking courses in geriatric rehabilitation, fall prevention, and Parkinson’s disease treatment. Her commitment to learning ensures that she provides the best care possible.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling and exploring the wilderness with her family, especially at national parks like Yellowstone and Arches. She’s an avid baker, known for her fun birthday cakes and sourdough bread. Kim can also be found enjoying a good book.
