Bio

Iascara Willmore is a Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate in Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2025.

Iascara has a strong focus on exercise execution, body mechanics, and technique. She is attentive to patient movements and adept at recognizing when to progress or modify exercises to ensure safe recovery. She is also skilled in manual therapy techniques including joint mobilizations, IASTM, soft tissue work, and trigger point release.

Her multicultural and trilingual background allows her to connect effectively with a diverse patient population. Iascara has extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities, enhancing her understanding of patient challenges and furthering her commitment to their rehabilitation journey.

Her clinical training encompasses a wide range of areas including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, cardiac rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and geriatric therapy. She is BLS/CPR certified through the American Heart Association and brings a strong athletic background to her practice. Iascara’s approach to treatment emphasizes genuine connection and respect for each patient, aiming to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

In her free time, Iascara enjoys staying active through weightlifting, futsal, volleyball, hiking, camping, and paddleboarding. She also loves traveling, going to the beach, spending time with family, playing board games, watching movies, and going on outdoor adventures with her dog.
