Ellie Steiner, PT, DPT

Ellie Steiner is a physical therapist who holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. Ellie’s specialties include pelvic health physical therapy and general outpatient orthopedics, with experience treating conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain.

She adopts a holistic, patient-centered approach that integrates musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and lifestyle factors into her treatment. Ellie strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood, empowering them through education and movement to build confidence and achieve meaningful results. Her interest in movement and desire to help individuals return to activities that are meaningful to them inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Outside of her clinical work, Ellie enjoys hiking, skiing, and going for long walks, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
