Bio

Maddy is a pelvic health–trained physical therapist, USA Weightlifting Level 2 coach, and CrossFit Level 2 coach with over 10 years of coaching experience across three states. As a nationally competitive Olympic weightlifter, she brings a unique perspective that blends high‑level athletic performance with evidence‑based rehabilitation to help patients move confidently and sustainably.

She has completed extensive pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace, including Pelvic Floor Levels 1, 2A, 2B, and Capstone and is certified in dry needling. Maddy specializes in working with athletes and active individuals experiencing pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical approach integrates performance‑based training principles with individualized care to support a safe and confident return to sport, exercise, and everyday life.

Maddy believes in using education and movement to bridge the gap between physical therapy, chronic pain or illness, and overall health and well‑being. She values a collaborative, empowering therapeutic relationship that helps patients better understand their bodies and regain trust in movement. Outside the clinic, Maddy enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and splitting her training time between CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.
