Partnership further expands Mountain Land’s service area in central Utah.

Salt Lake City, UTAH (April 1, 2024) — Mountain Land Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy services and the largest outpatient physical therapy provider in the Mountain West, is excited to announce its acquisition of Delta Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, a respected and well-established practice serving central Utah since 2000. Delta Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine operates two outpatient clinics in Delta and Fillmore, Utah, while also offering services to two hospitals and a care center in central Utah. This alignment further advances Mountain Land’s mission of enhancing patients’ lives through exceptional physical therapy services.
