Bio
Aimee Sanders-Krause is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Provo College in December 2023 with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy.
She has experience teaching exercise classes for arthritis and prenatal exercise, both in and out of the water, as well as personal training and post-breast cancer surgery exercise. Aimee is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, along with being an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor. Her approach to patient care centers on education and empowerment, aiming to encourage patients to take responsibility for their health and healing.
Aimee’s inspiration to enter the field stemmed from her work with breast cancer survivors as a personal trainer, where she found fulfillment in helping restore their motion, strength, and confidence. In her spare time, Aimee enjoys running, dancing, reading, and writing poetry.
