Dr. Alex Christensen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Health & Kinesiology in 2022 and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2026. He has a keen interest in specializing in spine, sports, and orthopedics, with training in spinal pain management and dry needling techniques for both the upper and lower quarters. His approach to patient care involves applying his knowledge of biomechanics, tissue characteristics, and pathokinesiology to address musculoskeletal dysfunction through collaborative and patient-centered interventions. Alex was inspired to enter the field of physical therapy by his passion for maintaining health and strength, coupled with his curiosity for biomechanics. In his free time, he enjoys listening to and playing music, particularly heavy metal and bass guitar, as well as recreational shooting and DIY auto-mechanic work.
