Bio
Maiya Hammer is a Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness and an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from BYU Provo and BYU-Idaho, respectively.
Her approach to treating patients involves utilizing modalities and mobilizations to relieve pain, combined with exercise to promote lasting pain relief and improved range of motion. Inspired by her passion for exercise and personal goal achievement, she enjoys helping others harness similar techniques to meet their own goals.
In her free time, Maiya enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, and biking, as well as participating in sports like running, pickleball, and volleyball.
