Her clinical experience includes rotations in neuro-rehabilitation settings, where she enjoys supporting clients with various functional needs as they regain independence and participate in meaningful activities following neurological injuries. Rachael’s therapy philosophy centers on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to engage in meaningful occupations, and she emphasizes the importance of adapting tasks, environments, and approaches to facilitate independence.
Inspired to enter the field of occupational therapy by witnessing the positive impact it had on her grandfather’s quality of life during his battle with cancer, Rachael is dedicated to making a difference in her clients’ lives. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and camping, as well as practicing yoga and watercolor painting.
