Bio

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Utah, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She is also Pelvic Floor certified through the American Physical Therapy Association as well as through Herman and Wallace.

Sarah specializes in pelvic floor therapy including pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and incontinence. Using a holistic approach to treat the entire person, Sarah strives to provide the latest education to her patients so they can continue independently in managing their therapy program and return to doing the things they enjoy. After experiencing her own injury that lead to physical therapy, Sarah was inspired to help others. Sarah feels that giving her patients the correct tools and education is a successful strategy to becoming pain free.

When not in the clinic, you’ll find Sarah hiking in the mountains with her beloved dog, Ghost, riding ATVs, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys teaching fitness to local marching bands throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
