Tessa Braley is a physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Utah, where she graduated in May 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, earned in April 2020. Tessa treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has experience in treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and conditions related to dizziness, including vertigo (BPPV). Her patient-focused approach aims to meet the individual needs and goals of each patient, emphasizing evidence-based care that incorporates research, clinical expertise, and patient values. Tessa values clear communication with patients, families, and care team members, and is dedicated to helping individuals improve their functional abilities and reduce pain.
Inspired by her own experiences with sports and overuse injuries, Tessa recognizes the impact of physical therapy in restoring quality of life.
In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding, skiing, and mountain biking, along with playing pickleball, working on puzzles, and spending time with friends.
