Raina Desha is a Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, which she received in 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University, awarded in 2017. Her areas of expertise include equine caused injury rehabilitation, sports-specific training, and treatment of farm and ranch work injuries, as well as chronic pain management.
Raina’s approach to patient care focuses on the philosophy of “move to improve.” She was inspired to enter the field of physical therapy due to her experiences with sports injuries and her interest in the psychology behind pain.
In her free time, Raina enjoys competing in Strongman events, weight training, horseback riding, and hiking.
