Bio

Josh earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2020. He also earned his Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) certification with Owens Recovery Science in Evansville, Indiana.

Specializing in orthopedic manual therapy, Josh is also trained in blood-flow restriction therapy, a unique treatment that allows the patient to receive the benefits of heavy lifting without the stress to healing or injured tissues. He knows first-hand the benefits of physical therapy after spending time in Panama assisting a man to walk for the first time in 17 years after months of therapeutic exercise. Josh is passionate about putting himself into the patient’s shoes and giving them the tools they need so they can reach their goals and get back to doing what they love.

When not in the office, Josh enjoys traveling, weight lifting, playing the violin, and spending time with his family camping and hiking. He is also a big sports fan and previously played linebacker for Southern Utah University.
