Featured Services

Custom Wheelchair Evaluations

We coordinate with a trusted vendor to help patients navigate the entire process of getting a custom wheelchair. Our team assists with evaluations, precise measurements, and collaboration with doctors and the vendor. We also prepare the letter of medical necessity and handle insurance documentation to streamline the approval and fitting process.

Multiple Sclerosis Therapy

Our Multiple Sclerosis program is tailored to improve balance, strength, and mobility while managing symptoms of MS. Through customized exercises, neuromuscular training, and one-on-one support, we help patients maintain independence and enhance their quality of life.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

The Post-Surgical Rehabilitation program at Snow Canyon helps patients rebuild strength and movement following surgery. With individually tailored treatment plans, our therapists guide patients through safe recovery, reducing pain and helping them return to everyday activities with confidence.
