Bio

Ariel Branden is a Director of Clinical Excellence and a board-certified orthopedic specialist. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Sacred Heart University, which she obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Skidmore College, earned in 2014. Ariel has specialized training in pelvic physical therapy and a keen interest in treating individuals with chronic pain. She has advanced training in dry needling techniques, including applications for the pelvic floor, and has experience teaching dry needling courses and working with Doctor of Physical Therapy students. She completed a residency in orthopedics at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA.

Her treatment philosophy emphasizes educating and empowering patients, with the goal of fostering independence in their health management. Ariel was inspired to enter the field of physical therapy to help individuals enhance their lives through a holistic approach while building meaningful relationships.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and camping.
