Bio
Bre is originally from California and moved to Utah in 2017 to complete her Bachelors in Exercise Science from BYU.
In 2023, she graduated from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Growing up playing soccer, she has always loved exercise and fitness. She loves that physical therapy is evolving into a fitness-forward mindset, allowing PTs to take a more holistic approach in helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthy, active lives.
When not treating patients, she loves hiking, camping, working out and spending time with her husband and family.
