Bio

Lara graduated from California State University Stanislaus with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2005. She counseled children in a group home and grief center who had lost a sibling or parent. After moving, Lara found a new career path at Dixie where I received my Applied Associate in Physical Therapy in 2022.
She holds continuing education credentials in women’s health and concussion management.

Lara works hard to help her patients feel heard and understood with their goals with physical therapy. Lara strives to empower her patients and support them with the best techniques possible to help them reach their physical therapy objectives. Lara and her family have lived in St. George since 2016 and can’t imagine living and working anywhere since.

With over 12,000 movies watched, Lara and her husband are big film buffs. Lara also judges scripts at film festivals and helps host and pick movies for local film events. Lara also enjoys taking hikes and spending time at Disneyland with her family.
