Nathan Connolly, PTA

Nate grew up in Idaho Falls, ID. He spent most weekends and holidays at his family’s cabin in Victor, ID enjoying the outdoors.

He earned a Bachelors of Science in Health Science and his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Idaho State University. Nate specializes in strength training and has advanced training with Graston instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Nate is also a certified movement and mobility coach under Dr. Kelly Starrett with The Ready State (TRS), FMT (Functional Movement Training) Kinesiology taping certified by RockTape, and has taken several courses on low back pain management and rehabilitation from international leader in the field Dr. Stuart McGill.

In his spare time Nate enjoys weight lifting, shooting sports, and spending time with his wife and 2 children.
