Sydney Sparks is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Utah Tech University in 2025. She approaches therapy with the belief that it should be enjoyable, emphasizing that life is a great game to be played.
Sydney was inspired to enter the field of physical therapy by her own and her family’s past injuries. With two years of experience as a yoga instructor, she sought a science-based method to help others live happier and healthier lives.
In her free time, Sydney enjoys biking, swimming, running, climbing, yoga, sewing, and reading. She also speaks Spanish.
