Bio

Nicole, a 2016 University of Utah graduate with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco in June 2020. Her expertise lies in runner-focused treatments and biomechanical performance enhancement, strongly emphasizing injury prevention.

Nicole adopts a patient-centric philosophy, taking a holistic care approach, and empowering individuals to understand their diagnoses and treatment. Drawing from her own athletic injury experiences, she’s dedicated to patient education and active involvement in their recovery.

Outside her professional life, Nicole is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, backpacking, trail running, mountain biking, and skiing. She’s a Boston Marathon finisher in 2023 and aspires to complete the six major marathons. She loves baking and crafting homemade jams from apricots harvested from her backyard tree in her spare time.
