Our goal is to provide a space where patients feel comfortable, listened to, and supported throughout their care. We take the time to get to know each person and make sure their therapy fits their specific needs and circumstances. We’re here to help you get back to doing what matters most to you.

Featured Services

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Mountain Land’s post-surgical rehabilitation program provides comprehensive care designed to accelerate recovery following orthopedic and other surgical procedures. Therapists work closely with patients and physicians to create customized treatment plans that focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and restoring strength and function, helping individuals return to their normal activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Balance & Vertigo

Our balance and vertigo therapy program is specially designed to diagnose and treat dizziness, imbalance, and vestibular disorders. Through targeted exercises and hands-on techniques, therapists help retrain the body’s balance system to reduce symptoms, enhance stability, and restore confidence in movement, promoting greater safety and independence for patients of all ages.

Mountain Land’s chronic pain therapy focuses on long-term relief through a multidisciplinary approach that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of persistent pain.
