Featured Services

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a specialized technique used to relieve muscle tension and pain by inserting thin, sterile needles into trigger points. This therapy helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote natural healing. It is especially effective for chronic pain, sports injuries, and muscle tightness, offering a non-invasive approach to improving mobility and function.

Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic therapy utilizes the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to facilitate low-impact rehabilitation. This therapy is ideal for patients recovering from surgery, managing arthritis, or dealing with chronic pain. The water environment reduces stress on joints while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance, making it a safe and effective treatment option.

TMJ/TMD Therapy

TMJ/TMD therapy focuses on relieving pain and dysfunction in the temporomandibular joint (jaw). Through manual techniques, exercises, and education, therapists help reduce jaw pain, headaches, and muscle tension associated with TMD. This treatment aims to restore proper jaw movement and improve overall comfort in daily activities like chewing and speaking.
