Bio

Ryan Pope started his physical therapy career in 2018. He grew up in Pocatello and is a Highland High School and ISU alumni.

He earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science while also working as a wildland firefighter for the BLM. He then attended Duke University to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduation he went on to explore the country working as a traveling physical therapist for 2 years in multiple settings. Another opportunity for more adventure drew him all the way to Alaska, where he worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic for 3.5 years. While in Alaska he married the love of his life, Katie, another Pocatello local. They had their first daughter, and decided it was time to be closer to family.

He enjoys staying active and being outside. His hobbies include hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, snowboarding, weightlifting, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball.
