At our Lehi – West clinic (Formerly “CSC Physical Therapy”), we are dedicated to providing high-quality care to help patients recover, manage pain, and improve their overall well-being. We work closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from surgery, or healing from a sports-related injury, we are here to support your journey to better health.

We use a combination of evidence-based therapies and hands-on techniques to address a wide range of conditions. Our goal is to reduce pain, restore mobility, and enhance strength so that our patients can return to their daily activities with confidence. With a patient-focused approach, we take the time to understand each individual’s goals and challenges, ensuring they receive the most effective care possible.

Our clinic provides a welcoming and supportive environment where patients can feel comfortable throughout their rehabilitation process. Whether you need long-term pain management or short-term recovery assistance, we are committed to helping you achieve lasting results. We take pride in empowering our patients with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain their progress and prevent future issues.

Featured Services

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Our post-surgical rehabilitation programs are designed to promote healing, restore strength, and improve mobility after surgery. Through targeted exercises, hands-on therapy, and guided recovery plans, we help patients regain function safely and efficiently. Our team works closely with individuals to ensure a smooth rehabilitation process, minimizing complications and optimizing outcomes.

Chronic Pain

We provide specialized treatment for chronic pain by addressing its underlying causes and improving overall function. Our therapy approach includes manual techniques, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education to help manage pain effectively. By focusing on long-term relief rather than temporary fixes, we aim to enhance mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve quality of life.

Sports Injuries

We offer comprehensive treatment for sports injuries, helping athletes recover and return to peak performance. Our therapy plans focus on reducing pain, restoring strength, and preventing future injuries. Whether you’re dealing with a sprain, strain, or post-surgical recovery, our tailored rehabilitation programs support a safe and effective return to activity.
