Featured Services

Blood Flow Restriction

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is a cutting-edge technique that enhances muscle growth and strength with low-load resistance exercises. Using specialized cuffs to partially restrict blood flow, BFR allows patients to build strength safely and effectively, even when recovering from injury or surgery. This method accelerates healing and improves overall muscle function.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a specialized therapy used to relieve muscle pain and improve mobility by targeting myofascial trigger points. This treatment involves inserting thin, sterile needles into tight muscle areas to release tension, reduce inflammation, and promote natural healing. Dry needling is effective for a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries, and tension headaches.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Recovering from surgery can be challenging, but our post-surgical rehabilitation program is designed to help you heal efficiently and regain function. Our therapists create personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility while reducing pain and preventing complications. Whether you’ve had orthopedic, spinal, or joint replacement surgery, we’ll guide you through each stage of recovery.
